Happy 4th of July!

P.S. - Yes, Jack does wear a Celtics shirt almost every day. Yes, Will and Max wanted to take this picture but Hannah and Jack were not too happy about it! 

After what seemed like days of "begging", Darren took the kids to get fireworks the Friday before the 4th. They were so excited and did a good job of not blowing everything up the first couple of days! Jack and Will are very into it and of course Hannah would rather sit (far) back and just watch. Max was not too sure but did pretty well.

On July 3rd, we went to the Gratopp's party in Ginger Cove. The kids had a blast jumping off the dock in the 100 degree weather and I had fun listening to Max whine about not wanting to walk anywhere near the sand. He would scream at the sight of it! Hannah also stuck close by and was not too sure about the water. She ended up not getting in at all. We watched the fireworks which were awesome and Hannah and I decided that the red heart-shaped ones were the best!

On July 4th we went over the Grandma Gail's house along with Lana, Bill, Susan, John, Paul, Mary, Jane, Laurie and Jeff. We ate dinner and lit off a ton of fireworks. Jack and Will were exhausted, hot and sweaty! They helped Jeff and Darren with the "display". Max sat on my lap for the show and Hannah was as far back as she could get! All of the kids slept in until almost 10:00 the next morning.
