"About the Author" by Will

The kids bring home a lot of papers each day. I scan through them and get rid of most of them. I always read through every story they write and keep many of them. Will wrote a story and at the end they had to write an "about the author" page. This is what he wrote about each member of the family:

Darren:
"My dad works at Contractor siding. He find people who need siding and looks on a computer." "My dad works every day and comes home in time for dinner."

Gina:
"My mom likes to cook. She works at HDR and sells windmills". "My mom is loving and caring and is always home."

Jack:
"My brother Jack is nice and wants to be a professional basketball player when he grows up and he is 11."

Hannah:
"My sister Hannah does dance and is a good artist. She is 8."

Max:
"My brother Max is two years old (he is really three!). He likes Power Rangers and a show called Jake and the Neverland pirates."

It is funny that Will thinks I sell windmills! I love how he draws his self-portrait with glasses now.

He also earned his Turbo Subtraction ribbon. He was so excited!
