1st Day of School

Darren, Max and I took the kids this morning for their first day of school. Will was so excited that he slept in his clothes, Jack didn't want to go very badly, Hannah didn't say either way and Max brought his lunch box just in case he was able to stay!

It took Hannah a while to pick out her clothes last night and although she has a hundred cute bows to pick from, she chose a "big girl" headband that did not contain a bow. I so badly wanted to beg her to pick something different but I know that I need to let her feel comfortable is whatever she chooses. I realize that she is getting older now and bows are a thing of the past. 

They all have great teachers this year and we are hoping that they have a 1st day!

On a side note, Jack did not want to take pictures so we did not get a smile from him. I asked him if I could get a picture in front of the sign at school and he was mortified that I ever asked. He said that would be way too embarrassing! I ask every year but have yet to get a picture by that sign!
