Hannah's Day Off

Hannah had a day off last week while everyone else had school. We were both really excited to spend the morning together while Max was at school. We dropped Max off and of course she wanted to get doughnuts. We then headed out to a place called CREATE. When you walk in there are tons or art projects that are completed examples of what you could buy and create yourself. It was a big decision. She really wanted to paper mache a waste basket but at the last minute she decided to paint on a canvas. I think it was because it was wrapped in bright pink and black material.

She stamped on her name and I helped her fill in the letters. She had a blast and asked if we could stay all day! She also decided that she wants to have her birthday party there!

After Max was down for his nap she wanted to watch "Dancing with the Stars" that we taped last week, have ice cream and make cookies. She told me it felt like she was in preschool again like last year. It felt good to have her home.
