We celebrated Christmas Eve by going to church and coming home to eat with Grandma Lana and Grandpa Bill. The kids opened their gifts from Grandma and Grandpa and checked The Norad Santa Tracker at least 100 times. They wanted to make sure that they were asleep when Santa started delivering gifts in the US. The picture above with Will looking intently at the computer is where he sat on and off much of the night! After everyone left we made glitter/oatmeal to sprinkle (dump) on the front lawn so Santa could find our house and then laid out cookies, carrots and milk. I think they finally fell asleep at 11:30!
Every year before church I try to get a photo of all of the kids together in front of the tree and the one above is the best that we could get. Darren kept putting Max in the picture and he kept running out. Will is also doing something funky with his eyes in most of the pictures. Oh well!
