Will lost his 1st tooth!

Will has had a loose tooth for a couple of weeks and I have been trying to encourage him to pull it out since the other tooth had already grown in but he wasn't too concerned. Darren offered to take it out with a pliers but he didn't like that idea. He didn't mind it when I brought up the idea of dentist pulling it out. He likes the prizes at the dentist. They have much more than stickers!

Last night I noticed it was really lose. I "accidentally wiggled it hard" and it started to bleed. Will went to bed but couldn't sleep thinking about how lose it was. I went and put him back to bed and asked to see it again. I pulled it out. Will was so excited he jumped out of bed and went racing downstairs to tell dad. He was so proud. He had been wanting to lose a tooth for so long. I remember the days when he would try to make his teeth loose so they would fall out. He didn't want the tooth fairy to come last night because he wanted to take his tooth to school to show his friends. He will be really excited tonight. I hope the tooth fairy has some cash by tonight!

Hannah was just as excited as Will. She celebrated with him and quickly tried wriggling her teeth to see if any were loose!
