Another busy week around here. Jack and Will returned from the lake with Darren 2 Sundays ago and started a camp the next day that lasted much of each day. Darren only took about 4 pictures over 4 days at the lake so I don't really have any to post but suffice to day, they did not miss me and did not want to come home. I was so worried about them but I knew that they would have fun and keep busy.
The kids were really excited for fireworks. We went over to my mom's house on Tuesday night for a pre-4th of July celebration. She bought a bunch of fireworks for the kids. They really enjoyed the parachutes, tanks, smoke bombs etc. The last couple of afternoons they just lay around asking when dad will be home so they can light fireworks! Hannah spent most of her time with her hands over her ears!
We did not do much this week except for swimming. Next week we hope to bowling and go to the Gretna Days Parade. There is also a car show, carnival, ect that we will probably make it to! Another goal is to try and convince Jack to trim his hair! I promised him that I wouldn't make him cut it all summer but he has mentioned getting it cut so I am hoping the feeling hits him again! We will see.
