Super Max

Jack's Rondo Pumpkin

Jack had to bring "gummy candy" and pins to school last week for a pumpkin project. He decided to spell out "Rondo" (Rajon Rondo who plays for the Celtics) and the number 9 on his. He also put shoes under it and some arms. He took these pictures with his phone at school and sent them to me. It is nice that even though he is in 5th grade, they still take time out to do fun projects.

The Pumpkin Patch

Jack was embarrassed to take this picture.

Corn Pit

Burying Will in the Corn
Can you see his head? I was nervous he could breathe!

We took the kids to the Pumpkin Patch last weekend and although is was a bit muddy and cold in the morning, we had a great time. Jack brought Nolan and we did not see them more than a few minutes in 5 hours which is why he is in very few pictures besides the required 2!

I think the kids liked the corn pit the most and even Max thought it was great. This was the same kid who refused to step in the sand at the lake in July. I guess corn feels different!

We watched a magic show, went thought the haunted houses, jumped on the jumping pillows, climbed on pumpkins, ate a lot, took a train ride, and walked though many other fun exhibits they have.

Max reminded us a few times that he wanted to stay but the bag of kettle corn lured him the the car!

Hopefully the kids will want to go for quite a few more years before they think they are too old! What a fun day!

Maggie Moos and Lost Teeth

I took Will and Hannah to pick out their Halloween costumes and then to Maggie Moos for ice cream. Will lost both of his front teeth the same day! He looks really cute!

Darren's 40th Birthday!

Darren with his wig & Tori

Darren and our friend Tori turned 40 a couple of days a part so we had a party for them together! It was a fun night and nice to see everyone!

Will is 8 - 2nd Party!

Will had his family party the day after his friend party and an hour after his soccer game. He had a great time with Olivia and Claire and loved all of the attention. He decided that he wanted an ice cream cake this year and so I ended up making one. It did not look very good but didn't taste too bad. Hannah announced shortly after she ate a piece that she also wanted an ice cream cake for her birthday. It is hard to believe that he is 8!
